The Corona crisis has hit many industries hard. In addition to the event industry and club culture, the restaurant industry has also been hit particularly hard. Surviving the coming months, which will bring many more challenges, will require some original ideas - such as using vacant spaces. This is exactly where a new pop-up restaurant comes in, which has been a guest in the Jameha Suite since mid-September until the end of October. It has been set up in an unused warehouse space, where guests will be treated to high-quality food, exciting drinks and plenty of creativity in an industrial ambience over the coming weeks. Not only will the usual high value be placed on exquisite and bold cuisine, but of course also on compliance with the applicable hygiene measures.

For hostess Nadine Moeller, the opening of a temporary restaurant is a logical step in these difficult times, which have of course also been felt by the Kameha Suite team: "Over the past 11 years, the Kameha Suite has developed into a successful event location known throughout Germany. Due to the current situation, I expect only a few corporate events in the next few months. Now it is time for us to rethink. That's when we came up with the idea of trying something completely different and new for the transition. The transitional restaurant is on the ground floor, the space looks urban and yet the classic style of the Kameha Suite is retained. For the guests, it should be an experience where the focus is, of course, on the food. There are a lot of people who want to have a good, informal meal during the week. We don't want a stiff atmosphere. In addition, various cooperation partners from Frankfurt are to be brought on board on individual evenings. We will work with the furniture that is already there. This will create a completely new environment. I can only say: nothing is like before."

Everything is different - and yet some things also remain the same: Thus, as one is used to in the Kameha Suite, the use of high-quality products is also guaranteed in this pop-up restaurant. The service is, according to the urban-casual atmosphere, deliberately relaxed and very friendly. As a guest, you will also be recommended your personal favourite dish. There are no course menus here, but a reduced menu with a total of 8 dishes. Among the main courses, there is a meat and a fish dish as well as a vegan offer, as this concept has proven itself in the Kameha Suite last year. Vegans also get their money's worth with the starters and dessert, such as the crowd-pleasing Vegan Caesar Salad or the Mighty Dark Vegan Chocolate Cake.

For chef Christian Raudies, the decision to align the menu in this way was a simple one: "The response to our vegan dishes was overwhelming. At this level, it's hard to find anything comparable in Frankfurt. More and more people are attaching importance to conscious nutrition. I believe that we also reach and inspire many new guests with the current offer."

The adjacent bar, for which seats can also be reserved online, in the beautiful atrium with its 18m high ceiling and small lounge islands is also set to become a hotspot for Frankfurt's nightlife, which is still largely fallow, over the next few weeks. Four specially created long drinks and cocktails will be served every evening, small snacks until midnight, occasionally accompanied by a DJ.

Whoever now feels like paying a visit to the pop-up restaurant in the Kameha Suite, has to hurry: The temporary restaurant is only around until the end of October. Reservations the team will accept online or by phone.
