Gourmet Cheese School with cheese tasting and wine accompaniment on 22.04.2016 - 19:00!
In this cheese seminar you will learn how to make traditional artisan cheese on small copper kettles. During the break, Rheingau affineur Reiner Wechs will present an exquisite selection of cheeses from his affine cellars and the corresponding wines. You can take the homemade cheese, a type of feta, home with you as well as your personal "assistant cheesemaker diploma". Weather permitting, the cheese school will take place on the market square in front of the cheese cellar.
Price incl. mineral water, one glass each of red and white wine to accompany the cheese selection, bread basket: 69 euros.
