Mario Lohninger and his restaurant of the same name also bring the southern neighbouring country closer to Frankfurt in 2015.
On selected evenings, traditional Austrian dishes are served.
Together with his mother Erika and father Paul, Mario Lohninger runs the Lohninger restaurant according to the Austrian restaurant model. In order to show his love of his homeland not only from a culinary point of view on one evening a month, the chef started the Heurigen series last year, in which classical Austrian dishes and Viennese music await the guests. The first Heurigen date this year is Saturday, 7 February. From 12 to 15 o'clock Viennese Backhendl, Zander from the Zeller lake in salt crust, Bio-Schweinsbratl Schwäbisch-Hall and other specialities are offered. A buffet with different Brettljausen, smoked ham and salads complete the offer.
Price for the event is 39 Euro per person excluding drinks.
Reservations are already accepted by telephone.
Who can't get a seat should reserve a table for the second issue on 21 March.
