Enjoyment in Piedmont
For many years Carmelo Greco convinced with his Italian dishes in Frankfurt-Rödelheim and received for this since 1996 regularly a Michelin star, 17 points in the Gault Millau and numerous other awards. For example, the Sicilian-born chef, who grew up in the gourmet region of Piedmont, was named one of the five best Italians in Germany by BUNTE magazine. Since 2010, Greco has been successfully self-employed with his own restaurant in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen.
On the day of the course, a three-course surprise menu from Piedmont will be cooked. Participants will learn valuable tricks and get to look over the shoulder of a Michelin-starred chef....
