Since the weekend Mathias Stalter (formerly at the Kaffeemacherei in the Nordend) has opened his new coffee roastery. The Holy Cross Brewing Society is the name of his new project at Fischerplätzchen.
The new space is more spacious. The cool location is perfect for celebrating the small-batch international roasts on offer. Hand and machine filtered coffee is available, plus of course you can buy all the beans. If it's not just coffee you're after, there's also high-quality tea and other drinks, as well as small dishes.
