After the CiderWorld trade fair planned for March had initially been postponed to August, the Frankfurt CiderWine Fair will now take place for the first time in online format from 13 - 30 August 2020. Visitors to the fair do not have to forego the opportunity to discover and enjoy delicious ciders even in this digital version, because the approximately 80 exhibitors, who would actually have been guests with a stand in the Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten, will present their products in a total of 13 online tastings between 13 and 30 August. For each of these tastings, a tasting package with six products can be ordered.
The tasting packages will then be delivered to your home, where you can participate in the online tasting alone or in a relaxed atmosphere with relatives and friends. And also the exchange with experts should not be missing in this unusual fair edition: in the chat questions about the individual wineries and their products are answered. The tastings will be moderated by apple wine sommelier and CiderWorld organizer Michael Stöckl, who will welcome a guest at each tasting. At his side will be Jens Becker from the cider shop JB, Jörg Stier from the Stier Winery, Robert Mangold from the Palmengarten Society House or cider blogger Sebastian Vogt.
The exact dates and how to order the tasting packages can be found at https://cider-world.de/
