Juhuu! Finally the time has come - the third edition of our annual print guide is now available! The free magazine was first launched two years ago. The guide has quickly become a popular companion for Frankfurters, people from the region, business travellers and tourists. "After the very positive feedback on the first two issues, we have tried to continue to develop our magazine in its third year. The new guide is even more comprehensive in terms of content - but still a medium in which the reader can find relevant information in the shortest possible time," says Michael Meckel, CEO of Trifels Verlag.
In the 140-page magazine you will find top tips on enjoyment, leisure, shopping, sport & wellness and nightlife in Frankfurt. Anyone looking for a suitable breakfast or dinner location, planning a visit to a museum or looking for a co-working space will find what they are looking for in the Frankfurt-Tipp Guide 2020. The special thing is that the tips are not only selected by us, the Frankfurt-Tipp editorial staff, but also by you, the users. Because it should be a magazine "made by locals"! To emphasise this even more clearly, in late summer 2019 we launched a cover competition for the Guide 2020 on the social media channels of Frankfurt-Tipp.de. A jury - consisting of Michael Meckel (Chairman of the Management Board of Trifels Verlag GmbH), Daniel Grebe (Editor Digital Media in the Department of Culture of the City of Frankfurt am Main), the original Frankfurt Bäppi La Belle and Natanja Grün from @igersfrankfurt - then selected this year's cover motif, which was shot by Kathi Schenk from Frankfurt, from over 500 entries. More top photos of the users can be seen in the magazine.
The new print edition will soon be available at many places in the city. A permanent distribution point is, for example, the central tourist information office at the Römer. Also via theonline shop www.frankfurt-tipp-shop.Those interested can order a copy or pick it up directly from the publishing house at Gräfstraße 97.</strong> <p>"Frankfurt has an incredible amount to offer, both culturally and gastronomically. Our aim was to once again this year compile an attractive selection of tips from a wide range of areas. The editorial team has successfully mastered this task with the support of our constantly growing Instagram Community with around 16,000 followers and Facebook Community with around 58,000 users. This is exactly what makes the Guide so authentic: "Anyone from Frankfurt can get involved with Frankfurt-Tipp", says Björn Fritsch, Head of Marketing at Trifels Verlag.</p> <p>The Frankfurt-Tipp Guide 2020 contains top tips for breakfast, brunches, lunches and dinners, vegetarian and vegan restaurants or nice cafés. In the new edition you will also find interesting facts about museums, excursion destinations and much more. One article invites you to a relaxed visit to the cinema in the new Astor Film Lounge and a special is also dedicated to the Goetheturm, which will reopen in 2020.</p> <p>One of the main focuses of the Frankfurt Tip Guide 2020 is the topic of sustainability. For example, we will give you tips on where you can buy unpacked in Frankfurt. The magazine also includes selected second-hand shops and outlet stores, a tour of the Brückenviertel and a visit to Frankfurt's most beautiful weekly markets. In addition, you can also visit the Eintracht Museum, take a look at the city's most important running events or enjoy a special Tuesday Night Skating event. In exciting interviews, founder Jan Dinter (We Celebrate) and the Frankfurt comedian Halid.TV have their say. And finally, the guide also introduces you to a few selected gins from the region.</p> <p>This and much more is what the Frankfurt Tip Guide 2020 has to offer - get your copy!
