In four districts - in Oberrad, Rödelheim, Nied and Brückenviertel - four trade shows with an extensive accompanying programme will take place in the coming weeks. These will be organised as part of the "Frankfurt am Start" campaign and will give local traders the opportunity to present themselves to a wide audience. It starts on 7th and 8th September Oberrad. Only two weeks later, on 21st and 22nd September, the location Rödelheim celebrated its premiere and on 12th and 13th October Nied also presented itself as a new location with a trade show in the district. This year's series will be concluded by the bridge quarter on 26 and 27 October.
With it the offer of „Frankfurt at the start“ could be clearly developed in the comparison to the previous year, about which economics department head Markus Frank is very lucky: „I am very pleased that our Frankfurt trade associations accept the action program Frankfurt at the start so madly. In addition to offering local tradespeople a clearly visible platform for their own presentations, it is also a very good opportunity to sharpen the district's own profile by working together. We would like to support that. Urban and lively districts are home in our pulsating city and of immense importance for the future viability and the attitude towards life in Frankfurt am Main“, explains the head of the economic affairs department. Oliver Schwebel, Managing Director of Wirtschaftsförderung, explains: „The fact that Oberrad and the Brückenviertel are back again is proof to us that the concept is convincing. I particularly like the momentum that each trade show develops for itself - that's exactly what we hoped for.“
For example, this year in Oberrad there will be a lot of information and a stage talk on the subject of training in addition to the theme “Green sauce“. Also Rödelheim takes up this focus, in addition here still another emphasis lies on the topics “Fit & gesund in Rödelheim“. In Nied, a special show on safety, fire protection and energy around the house and building is planned in time for the beginning of the dark season. In the Brückenviertel, the focus is on the themes “Fashion & Design“. The creative quarter is specially decorated with the popular highlight “Late-Night-Shopping“.
The trade shows will be announced in cooperation with the partners of the action programme, in line with the locations, via posters in the urban area, advertisements in daily and weekly newspapers as well as event magazines, radio spots and promotions, online banners, in social networks as well as on the website www.Frankfurt-am-Start.de and via the channels of other partners.
