November 2017 came from Mr. Flinkenflügel, head of the "Guide Michelin" personally the message that the Guide Michelin, due to the summer break of the Tigerpalast and the associated short test period of only 12 days, unfortunately did not have the opportunity to evaluate the Tiger Gourmet Restaurant in the Tigerpalast Varieté theater seriously. This unfortunately results in no renewed star award for the Tiger gourmet restaurant for 2018, which was previously ranked with 2 stars in the Guide. In doing so, the Guide Michelin emphasized that the non-award was in no way due to the restaurant's performance but simply due to the Guide's lack of evaluation and asked that they apologize for this.
Coskun Yurdakul and his team will use the year in which the star award is suspended to create more great taste experiences and consolidate their unique, special style of cuisine.
