Taunus Wunderland is open again

Actually, the popular amusement park in Wiesbaden-Schlangenbad wanted to start the new season already on April 4th. But due to the Corona Pandemic the park had to stay closed - until now. Because since Monday, 25 May, Taunus Wunderland is open again. Of course there are restrictions and special regulations here as well. For example, the ball pool and the petting zoo will remain closed for the time being and some offers can only be used by one family at a time, so that waiting times may occur. There are also distance regulations everywhere in the park and in some places, such as in the ticket office area, guests over 6 years of age must wear a mouth and nose protector. But apart from these restrictions, nothing stands in the way of a family trip full of fun and adrenalin.

In addition to popular stations such as the Hexenstuhl, the Gickelbahn, the Dino-Slide or the Autoscooter, Taunus Wunderland also has a new attraction on offer this season: The family roller coaster Kuhddel Muuuhddel! This is a great pleasure even for the little amusement park fans!

The Corona rules for Taunus Wunderland at a glance:

The Taunus Wunderland is again open daily from 9.30 to 18.00 hours! Please observe the general rules for the containment of the Corona- Virus.

1. In case of fever and cough please stay at home!</Keep at least 1.5 meters distance to other visitors! All markings and instructions must be observed!</p>

4. A mouthguard for guests older than 6 years is obligatory in all ticket office areas,

rides, in the catering trade (e.g. when queuing and paying, of course not when eating) and in the sanitary facilities!

5. in the park, guests must absolutely follow the signs "Rundgang"!

6. hygiene stations are available everywhere in the park - you can buy masks and disinfectants at all ticket offices.

The following attractions will remain closed due to hygiene measures that are difficult to adhere to there: petting zoo and ball pool (subject to change).

For some designated areas, special rules apply regarding use. For example, some attractions can only be used by 1 person/1 family and others can only be used by a reduced number of people at a distance. Here applies: Please follow the rules and instructions of the park staff and be patient if there are any waiting times - so that the fun is not spoiled for you and the other visitors.

The playgrounds are open. Here we appeal to the personal responsibility of parents to pay attention to distances and hygiene rules for children and themselves (subject to change).

To avoid waiting times at the entrance, we recommend that you buy day tickets in the online ticket shop at

IMPORTANT: Guests without an online-day-ticket have to fill out a form at the cash desk and leave their name, e-mail address and telephone number. This form can also be filled out at home and brought along.

All further information about the regulations and of course about the rides and ticket prices can be found at
