At the gates of the upper-middle-class Westend pulsates the multifaceted, not always unproblematic life of the Bahnhofsviertel. Right at the intersection of these so very different worlds, the 25hours Hotel in Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel has been shining in new splendour since October 2018.
The 25hours Hotel The Trip is inspired by the dazzling and often harsh reality of the quarter and peppered with references to adventurous expeditions as well as stories of distant lands and people from around the world. The redesign is full of eye-catchers, continues to offer the usual comfort and also has some exciting innovations to offer. For example, as part of the extensive expansion and modernization work, the fully furnished rehearsal room in the basement, which was available to all music enthusiasts to let off steam on bass, viola or drums, has also been redesigned.
Now colourful and rousing Bollywood movies run here round the clock. The cosy cinema provides the ideal setting for creative thoughts, productive conversations or special celebrations. For this reason, 25hours decided to donate three guitars (acoustic, bass, electric guitar) as well as two Marshall amplifiers from the stock of the former Andy Warhol Room to the Weißfrauenschule in Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel.
The school has participated in the educational program "Musical Elementary School" initiated jointly by the Hessian Ministry of Education and the Bertelsmann Foundation. Among many other projects, the program aims to promote the quality of instruction through the use of instruments at the elementary level as well. In addition, school concerts take place regularly and on certain occasions a school band is formed with pupils from the main school. The Weißfrauenschule is a target-oriented special school that accepts children with language development delays from all over Frankfurt. A great campaign supported by the great donation of the 25hours.
