Even at exuberant celebrations one can act sustainably. To prove this, the FES is focusing this year's carnival campaign entirely on the theme of sustainability - but of course in a way appropriate to the occasion: this time the #MainBecher is the focus. With cup overalls made of old flag fabric and clothes made of used coffee sacks, the disposal companies make a fashion statement at the central meetings and processions and at the same time draw attention to the returnable cup. </Benjamin Scheffler, Managing Director, says: "If you take a look at how many disposable cups our employees clear from the streets after each move, you will immediately understand the sense of reusable solutions, even at events. I am delighted that we are again prominently represented with our message as part of the Princely Alliance this year. </p>
Last year, the FES prince and princess pair had already appeared in recycled clothing. The reusable cup #MainBecher - we have reported to you HERE in detail about it >/a> - which was launched in September, is supposed to promote more conscious consumption and help to reduce the consumption of Coffee-To-Go cups in the long run. It is 100 percent organic and is sold through Frankfurt's restaurants, petrol stations and other partners.
