OSCAR´s - Brasserie Moderne
In the Oscar`s at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof, Frankfurt Hof chef Philipp Henkes serves delicious goose creations: Traditionally the goose is filled with apples, chestnuts, onions or prunes. It is served with red cabbage, dumplings and a bound sauce from the gravy. On request, however, goose roasts can also be served in Alsatian style. This is prepared with bratwurst filling and sauerkraut. Also Swedish Martinsgans with Brussels sprouts and apple puree can be ordered.

Chicken market inn
In the new old town at the beginning of November, the inn at the Hühnermarkt will open its doors to guests. From 20 November Hans Peter Zarges and his team will be serving delicious farmer goose. The first variant is a 4-course menu with a whole goose, orderable from 2 persons. The rustic apple wine restaurant in Niederursel is a beautiful traditional restaurant that is run with a lot of Frankfurt warmth.
