Nihonryori Ken

The Brückenviertel in Sachsenhausen is one gastronomic highlight richer: Since the beginning of March, Nihonryori Ken is the only restaurant in Germany to offer Japanese delicacies according to the traditional concept of Kaiseki Ryori, the Japanese version of haute cuisine. The guests can expect an exquisite taste experience in different courses, which are prepared, arranged and served with a lot of love. The chefs strive for excellence in every detail so that the guests feel particularly comfortable. The use of traditional cooking techniques and the use of only the freshest and best products of the season play a central role. But also the visual appearance is important in order to achieve a holistic harmonization of the individual components. In the end, the balance of aromas and textures ensures that Nihonryori Ken not only makes your palate a very special experience. Here you can eat both lunch and dinner, whereby in the evening there is only a choice between a 7- and a 9-course menu.

After the restaurateur Radu Rosetti, known as the operator of the Walon & Rosetti, recently published the Black Dog Bar at Le Méridien Hotel, his next project is already underway: the Walon & Rosetti in the park. It is an attempt to revive and upgrade the beautiful but unfortunately somewhat run-down green strip at Wiesenhüttenplatz. The kiosk is to become a meeting place where people meet for a glass of wine, for example, after work. We keep our fingers crossed that this succeeds!
