Loosely based on Rainer Maria Fassbinder's "Angst Essen Seele Auf" (Fear Eats the Soul), a troop around the bands Pascow and Turbostaat has been going on a big tour under the motto "Angst Machen Keinen Lärm" to take away our fear. Because every barrel is overflowing, every pit is full - and then it starts to stink. Turbostaat and Pascow, who we would like to call two of our favourite punk rock bands, are joined tonight by Love A, also old acquaintances in our walls and long-time comrades-in-arms in the eternal fight against stupidity and banality. Just like the melancholic punk rockers of Düsenjäger from Münster, the synthie-scrap punks Akne Kid Joe from Nuremberg, the latest Jens Rachut incarnation Maulgruppe, involving noise and post-punk scholars Ten Volt Schock and Kurt from Yass' Black Forest sphere of influence, feminist queer German punk band Deutsche Laichen, the nylon punkers Acht Eimer Hühnerherzen from Kreuzberg, the island rumble punkers BSÍ fromReykjavík and Lügen, the, uh, Lügenpunks from Dortmund. What a lineup!
An evening for people who like to tattoo Fuck Off! on their asses, mirror-inverted of course and at home on the toilet. Not agreeing is trumps (also possible without tattoos).
