America is marked by the Vietnam War, by the Johnson and Nixon eras, by flower power, black power, by Woodstock,"Make Love not War", Dylan, The Doors, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X. Only at Clark's Diner has time seemingly stood still.
