When, for example, he describes his cooking skills by putting different ingredients into the yoke of the pan and that he does not concoct feasts but memorials, then the very special quality of Schubert's wit is revealed, which is not always equally witty, but whose word acrobatics always surprise anew and are really a lot of fun.

Who liked the previous programs or the TV show of Olaf Schubert and likes his unconventional, weird and unique style, should not miss this program of the power pollunders in any case. Absolutely recommended for fans!

Image + Sound: The DVD's image is very clean and features decent overall sharpness and coherent coloration. The stereo sound is rather unspectacular overall, but allows the voices and music to sound well intelligible and powerful from the speakers. For a small TV show like this, that's perfectly satisfactory. Good!

Extras: For fans, the DVD has quite a few additional treats to offer. It starts with two clips from the German Comedy Award. First Carolin Kebekus performs a laudatory rap for Olaf Schubert (approx. 2:21 min.), followed by Schubert's acceptance speech (approx. 1:44 min.).
