Friday, 31 October is the big day: At 4 p.m., the 27th Kunstsupermarkt in Frankfurt will open its doors. Until 31 January 2026, art lovers can once again find many beautiful, surprising and exciting works for their own homes, offices or – perfect for Christmas – as gifts. Over several weeks, established artists and young talents from Germany and abroad will present drawings, acrylic and oil paintings, watercolours, photographic art and small sculptures in the pop-up gallery. Of course, the regional art scene will also be supported here. After locations on Leipziger Strasse, in MyZeil and on Neue Rothofstrasse, the Kunstsupermarkt will be back on Schweizer Strasse this year.
The concept behind the Kunstsupermarkt is as simple as it is ingenious: there should be art for every taste and, above all, for every budget. The prices for the works on offer are therefore fixed: at the Kunstsupermarkt, a work of art costs £69, £129, £249 or £359. The artworks are presented in a dynamic, comprehensive display on the walls. Visitors can also browse through the huge collection at their leisure in specially designed artist's boxes. And once you've found your favourite, you can have it framed immediately if you wish.
"Art makes you happy" is the motto of the Kunstsupermarkt, which has developed into one of the most successful platforms for contemporary art in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
