For over a quarter of a century, the street festival on Untere Bergerstraße has been one of the largest and most beautiful district festivals in Frankfurt. In addition to quite a few street artists, a varied live music program on three stages ensures a good mood, which really has something for every taste. And the 120 or so stalls lining the festival mile between Untere Bergerstraße and Bethmannpark not only offer all kinds of beautiful and useful things, but also ensure that visitors are treated to culinary delights. The community of interests "lower mountain road" registered association as an organizer of the popular Straßenféte announces again a large, cared for open-air child play area on both days in each case from 13 to 19 o'clock on the active playground Merianplatz. In addition, for this year's Bergerstraßenfest anniversary, there will also be a puppet theater performance on Sunday afternoon ("The Victory of the Stars") and many other children's surprises, including great surprise guests. For example, children's clown "Julio" has announced himself again on Saturday afternoon and will bring an approximately one-hour clown and juggling show to Merianplatz. And there will again be a raffle, where on Saturday afternoon as the main prize an Eintracht Frankfurt jersey with all the signatures of the current team on the lower Berger Street will be raffled. There will also be funny walking acts by the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm and a real rowing boat (over 5 meters long) including the Hessian rowing champion (Allegra Nemati, FRG e.V.) around Merianplatz. A whole street kilometer long, between Höhenstraße and Bethmannpark, it will be plenty colorful with cheer, hustle and bustle on the popular shopping mile "Untere Berger" on the coming weekend.
