Since 2015, Main Slam eV. has been organizing the 'Best of Poetry Slam' at Saalbau Bornheim, the largest regular event of this cultural format in Hesse. A selection of renowned and up-and-coming slam poets, cabaret artists and comedians compete against each other in the literary performance competitions. They are the state and national champions of the scene, winners of cultural, literary and cabaret awards and published authors, they tour the country with their solo shows and travel the world as representatives of the German literary scene. You, the audience, decide together and over several rounds who will win the competition!
