From June 13 to 16, 2025, Oberursel (Taunus) celebrates the Brunnenfest. A wide variety of stalls with national and international food and drink invite you to linger throughout the old town. The "Frankfurter Volksbank Stage" offers a colorful program on the market square, where the official opening will also take place on Friday, June 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm.
In the International Village in Weidengasse, hosted by the town of Oberursel, the Verein zur Förderung der Oberurseler Städtepartnerschaften e. V. traditionally presents itself with its own stand and culinary delights. Once again this year, guests can look forward to interesting offerings: French cheese, crêpes, red or rosé wines and English beer from Oberursel as well as Persian specialties. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger and chat.
Bleiche amusement park
A modern amusement park awaits visitors of all ages on the Bleiche. In addition to the crowd favorites skipper and bumper cars, there are other rides, and the Ferris wheel is once again an absolute highlight at the Brunnenfest. Funfair stalls and many other attractions round off the offer - there is something for everyone and all age groups!
Children's program
In addition to the stalls in the old town and the amusement park on the Bleiche, there is also plenty on offer for children. On Saturday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Obere Hainstraße will once again become a "children's mile". The Culture and Sports Promotion Association and the Children's House, together with various clubs and institutions, will be offering lots of fun and games for young visitors. Free arts and crafts activities and all kinds of games invite children to join in.
