The market place of the Freilichtmuseum Hessenpark radiates a very nice atmosphere anyway. But it becomes really atmospheric at the popular farmers' market, which takes place here at regular intervals. Here you can stock up on all kinds of delicacies directly from Hessian producers in a unique historical setting. The varied offer of the numerous market stalls ranges from sausages, cheese, honey, bread, cakes and pies to game specialities, jams and spices. In addition, there are seasonal fruits and vegetables.
