From 26 September to 5 October 2025, Liebfrauenberg will be all about Federweißer.
To mark the occasion, Frankfurt's Liebfrauenberg will be celebrating with Federweißer, giant apple wine bratwurst, green sauce bratwurst, winemaker's ham, pork knuckle, sauerkraut, salted ribs, a wide variety of grilled sausages, Handkäse mit Musik (cheese with music), apple wine from Possmann and Schlappeseppel Dunkel.
The other stalls round off the culinary offerings: Federweißer from various wine regions in Germany and a large selection of other dishes, from fried fish to potato pancakes.
