This winter, Gateway Gardens is transforming into Frankfurt's new winter hotspot: ICE OCEAN. Under the open sky, a Winter Wonderland has been created, inviting visitors to linger with its sparkling lights, music and Christmas atmosphere, and it is completely free of charge in the outdoor area.
You can stroll around the market in comfort, taking in the large, illuminated ice rink. Several food and mulled wine stands offer winter snacks such as grilled food, crêpes and, of course, hot mulled wine. If you feel like getting some exercise, you can do a few laps on the ice rink or try your hand at curling.
The weekend is when things really come to life: the heated Club Area also opens its doors and brings a real winter beach club feeling to the indoor area with changing DJs and live acts. The Club Area is subject to an entrance fee and is accessible separately from the outdoor area.
