Programme highlights include the opening of the Red Wine Festival with the crowning of the Red Wine Queen, the traditional Ingelheim Evening and the Mayor's Red Wine Tasting. The illumination of the historic fortifications in the evening hours gives additional wings to the wine festival soul. A special traffic provides for good ride home.
