LGoony grew up in Cologne, Germany, and began rapping while still in high school.
In 2015, attention rose on the young artist, who released his mixtape Grape Tape in September, which included features with Casper and Money Boy. Grape Tape was ranked the 8th best album nationally of 2015 by Juice magazine. Previously, LGoony released his first mixtape called Goonyverse Volume 1 in early 2015. LGoony's single Füchse 2015 recorded together with Zugezogen Maskulin, a cover version of the track Füchse released in 1998 on the album Bambule by the Absolute Beginners and Samy Deluxe, was voted #4 best singles 2015 by Juice magazine. The video for Millionen Euro has over 1,400,000 views on the video platform YouTube. (As ofː8 December 2016)
On 19 January 2016, LGoony released the album Aurora with Austrian rapper Crack Ignaz, which can be downloaded for free on the internet.
He still raps under his former pseudonym, Luis Lone, with which he participated in the Video Battles Tournament (VBT), among others. In July 2016, he released the album Schreie aus dem Keller as part of Uzi Mob.
On December 23, 2016, he released the mixtape Intergalactica, which is available as a free download, though it was also sold once at a pop-up store in Cologne.
