On the second weekend of Advent, the Ginnheimer Kantorei choir in Frankfurt invites you to its festive oratorio concerts.
The programme includes Marc-Antoine Charpentier's magnificent Te Deum in D major, whose festive prelude achieved world fame as the Eurovision anthem, Tomaso Albinoni's moving Adagio in G minor (attributed to Remo Giazotto) and Johann Sebastian Bach's radiant Magnificat BWV 243, one of the most important choral works of the 18th century.
The Ginnheimer Kantorei, the Barock-Orchester Ginnheim and renowned soloists will perform under the baton of Bernd Lechla.
