(Queer)feminist stand-up comedy by FLINTA* comedians

Punchlines against patriarchy: Hamburg's queer-feminist stand-up comedy club SMASH COMEDY celebrates the female ampersand queer comedians of the German stand-up scene. Here, 5-8 professionals and newcomers pass the mic, presented by Smash founder, musician and stand-up comedienne Schwessi from Hamburg.

What makes it special is that this stage belongs only to those who are extremely underrepresented in a scene dominated by white heterosexual cis men. Instead of giving a platform to dick jokes, "my girlfriend" jokes and racist clichés, we want to create visibility for the voices and realities of life that are otherwise only the target of these jokes.
