Maggi and Mirko had imagined life in their first apartment together to be so nice. But the new neighbours are constantly causing trouble. Their constant nagging and nosing around and complaining is almost unbearable. One of them is a retired law enforcer who immediately brings every little offence to the police, his wife is the dragon of the house. Curious, she interferes in everything and does not even stop at the mail secret. At the beginning, the two try to be cordial, understanding and diplomatic. But the neighbours are not deterred: whether it's the barking of dogs or the lack of waste separation - every little thing adds fuel to a growing conflict. Then, when a raucous housewarming party takes place to which all the neighbors except the evil carpenters are invited, from now on there is war on the balcony railing.
