On 19 May 2026, the Welcome Party will open at the newly opened Hotel The Florentin. To kick off the star season, the hotel's courtyard invites guests to an evening of fine dining and hospitality.
At several live cooking stations, star chefs will present their signature dishes and give a taste of the gourmet month that awaits Frankfurt. Guests can move freely between the stations and experience the different culinary styles first-hand. At the same time, the evening offers an opportunity to get to know the new The Florentin – including its architecture, atmosphere and concept. The welcome party thus marks the official start of "Stars over Frankfurt 2026" and kicks off a summer of culinary delights in the city.
