Grandhotel Hessischer Hof has come up with a very special culinary city tour through Frankfurt:
Together with the restaurant Lafleur am Palmengarten, the five-star hotel is organizing a dinner hopping for the first time on July 11, 2015. Guests will enjoy haute cuisine in two excellent restaurants in the city, spiced with a pinch of experience.
The Lafleur restaurant at Frankfurt's Palmengarten with its two-star chef Andreas Krolik will kick things off at 5 pm as the first stop on this evening. After the aperitif, the first two courses will be served here with a combination of classic and modern dishes. Afterwards, the guided experience tour leads through Frankfurt's West End, at the foot of the bank towers, past the Jewish Synagogue, Odina-Bott-Platz and the last remaining traditional café in Frankfurt - Café Laumer. During the tour, tour guide Annette Evans provides lively explanations of the history and architecture of the city, giving participants a new perspective on the metropolis on the Main. The tour also includes the former British Consulate and the home of Paul Ehrlich. From here the route leads directly to the next place of pleasure - the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof. In the restaurant Sèvres the dinner hopping ends with main course and dessert. After an eventful and enjoyable evening, guests can end the day at the legendary Jimmy's Bar.
Dinnerhopping can be booked for 140 euros per person including wine, mineral water, coffee and a guided tour.
