The Frankfurt Book Fair from 9 to 13 October 2013 is once again hosting numerous culinary events around the Book Fair. The public days are from 12 to 13 October.
This year's guest of honour is "Brazil".
In Hall 3.1, one of the halls at the Frankfurt Book Fair with the largest audiences, there will be a world of its own all about eating, drinking and enjoying.
Numerous companies will be presenting cookery and baking books, wine guides, culinary travel guides, enhanced e-books and apps as well as gift and decorating ideas.
The product diversity in the exhibition area will be complemented by a varied programme in the show kitchen: top international chefs will be serving up all kinds of delicacies. Even the guest of honour Brazil will not miss the opportunity to show you its diverse cuisine
