Charming shopping in the middle Nordend

I just read that the Zeil is the third most visited shopping street in Germany. That may be so. I'm glad about that, too. But who shops there? I can count on one hand how many times a month I go to the Zeil. Maybe pop down to Rewe's. What else? But Frankfurt has a lot more to offer than its busy city centre. In fact, it really gets going outside of it. Whether tourists want to discover Frankfurt or locals want to look beyond the edge of their own neighborhood: knowing where is in demand.

The other day, the <link http: www.fnp.de lokales frankfurt _blank>Middle Nordend hosted a happy Sunday party on Matthias-Beltz-Platz: eat, drink, chat and explore the offerings a bit. Just what the Nordend likes to do. Between Friedberger and Eckenheimer Landstraße there are many charming little shops that are more than worth a visit. I have put together my top 3 here today.

- When I am looking for a special gift for a business partner, colleague or neighbor, I am drawn to "<link https: www.facebook.com feine-emma-131805963847084 _blank>Feinen Emma". The small delicatessen at Vogelsberger Straße 17 offers delicacies that customers rave "taste the way they're supposed to taste" Especially popular: the homemade jams.

- My girlfriend works for an international company and wears office clothes, of course. But she likes to look for something that is not boring and brings a certain pizzazz. She always gets very good advice from Sabine Schmitt at "<link http: www.apfelgruen.eu _blank>apfelgrün - zum Anziehen" in Glauburgstraße 95.

- When it comes to business fashion with an individual touch, of course <link http: www.coco-lores.com _blank>Coco Lores in Koselstraße.

- If you can't imagine what "middle Nordend" means, just visit the Friday market at Friedberger Platz. Don't be put off by the crowds! Already in the afternoon in nice weather stroll up the quarter around the square to Glauburgstraße and feel like the discoverer Christopher Columbus!
