At the beginning of May, Messe Frankfurt will once again attract many thousands of comic, fantasy, cinema and series fans. Because for the second time after the successful premiere last year, the German ComicCon will be hosted here. Once again, there will be numerous stands offering great merchandising. There will be artists on hand to talk about their work and look over their shoulders. So far, well-known names like Robert Patrick ("Terminator 2", "The X-Files"), Rutger Hauer ("Blade Runner", "Sin City"), Michael Biehn ("Terminator", "Aliens - The Return", "The Abyss"), Theo Rossi ("Sons of Anarchy", "Luke Cage") or even Sean Gunn ("Gilmore Girls", "Guardians of the Galaxy I & II") have been announced. More names will be revealed in the coming weeks. Although tickets for the photo shoots can already be purchased, you should always plan on the fact that guests can cancel on very short notice. Autograph tickets cannot be pre-ordered, but will be purchased directly during the event at the respective tables of the star guests. The nice thing about German ComicCon is not only that you can be very close to your stars here, but also that you are among like-minded people. You meet other fans of your favourite series, you can exchange ideas with other cosplayers or talk shop with the dealers at the stands. It's just a very pleasant atmosphere, where it stays relaxed even if it should be a bit more crowded. We had only positive experiences during our visits last year in Frankfurt and also in Dortmund and are therefore also very much looking forward to the second edition in the Main metropolis, about which we will of course again report to you in detail directly on site.
