Since 2000, 11Freunde, the magazine for football culture, has enriched the local football scene with great reports and interviews beyond dreary tables and statistics. But above all it has one thing: unbeatable humour. Sometimes Lothar Matthäus' latest relationships are dissected, sometimes the nature of the German player's wife is recounted from Angela Hässler to Claudia Effenberg. And at the end of the magazine, the humorous Günter Hetzer has always been a columnist with his buddies Delle and Waldi. And this same humor has also been going on a reading tour since 2005. The editors Philipp Köster and Jens Kirschneck cross the country with texts and films in their luggage. The two friendly football fanatics tell of telephone conversations with Lothar Matthäus, visits to the Sunday football morning pint "Doppelpass" and rainy away trips to Rostock.
