At the "31st Frankfurt Autumn Market" on the coming weekend Saturday, 2., and Sunday, November 3, visitors to the Dominikanerkloster (Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse 23) can discover a wide range of handicrafts at 60 stalls under the motto "You can look, ask, buy", get ideas for autumnal and Christmas decorations and look out for Christmas gifts. Glass art, ceramics, felt work, fretwork, spinning tops, porcelain painting, candles, tiffany, needlework, calligraphy, wooden toys, floristry, cards, doll clothes, leather goods, woodturning, jewellery and much more will be on offer.
In addition, homemade delicacies - such as from the "world champion confectioner" Bernd Siefert from the Odenwald attract. The proceeds from the traditional autumn market, which Ingrid Bauer helped to launch in 1989 and has been organising on a voluntary basis with her team since 2011, will benefit the Hesse regional association of the German Multiple Sclerosis Society (DMSG) and local MS groups, which will be in charge of the cash desk on both days.
