On Whit Monday, June 5, 2017, vintners and associations invite for the 9th time to the wine walk around the Petersberg.
At 11 am, the hike will be officially opened at the information booth by the organizers, the wine majesties and the invited guests.
Highly awarded wines from 10 Petersberg-based vintners from Bechtolsheim, Gau Odernheim and Biebelnheim are waiting for the visitors. Wines will be expertly presented by the wine majesties at the stands.
Gourmet delicacies await hikers, and visitors may marvel at the newly created Petersberg culture trail with its archaeologically refurbished crypt during their hike.
On the summit of the Petersberg, the magnificent view of the Odenwald, Taunus and the Frankfurt skyline rewards the hiker for the climb.
Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers at the sports field, at the music hall and on the Kerbeplatz.
At the information desk, wine hikers will find information such as maps and menus.
Important:in case of bad weather, an alternative route in the Bechtolsheim village center will be provided.
