The indie rock beast has grown. On the outside. And from the inside. ABAY has become a quartet. Since 2012, Aydo Abay (vocals) and Jonas Pfetzing (guitar) have appeared in various constellations under the name Abay. Now Johannes Juschzak on drums and Dennis Enyan on bass turn the duo into a four-man band. One of the reasons for all this is a kiosk in Berlin. Here Aydo Abay, former head of Blackmail, met Jonas Pfetzing one night. The guitarist and songwriter of Juli has been a big fan of Blackmail since his youth. ABAY developed from this late-night meeting in 2012. In 2015 the duo released the EP "Blank Sheets", one year later the debut "Everything's Amazing And Nobody Is Happy". ABAY brought guest musicians on board for recordings and live performances. Two of them just stayed.
