Alex Francis grew up in Hertfordshire, England and later moved to the creative and exciting environment of Brighton to pursue his musical destiny before eventually moving to London.
2016 Francis was named one of Time Out magazine's "Rising Stars 2016". With his charming voice, he has impressed many an audience in the UK and left a real WOW impression, such as at BST Hyde Park, the Isle of Wight Festival and Standon Calling. Among his numerous live performances, the musician has also shared the stage with Melanie C and accompanied her on her UK and European tour. Furthermore, he was involved in Mel C's single "Hold On" on vocals.
Alex Francis released his first EP "These Words", which was reworked by none other than Chris Kimsey.
His second album "A Stronger Love" was released in late 2017 and Gus Pirelli was involved in its production. For these recordings Alex brought his live band to the studio (RAK and Livingtone Studios) and what came out in the end were four new songs that sounded even more soulful and rocking than their songs before.
