From the very beginning of his career, Italian musician Angelo Branduardi has successfully strolled between the worlds of classical and medieval music, skillfully combining Celtic with northern European folklore. He sees himself as a modern-day minstrel who enraptures his audience in equal parts and makes them think. With his soft voice and virtuosic, philosophical songcraft, he reaches his audience in a unique way. His will to originality has fascinated for decades - and also the concert in the Alte Oper will be a special evening in any case with all the well-known hits of the grand master like "La Pulce d'Acqua", "Cogli la prima Mela", "Alla fiera dell'est "and many more.
