With her single "Why not?" Anna Aaron, after four years of radio silence, captivated critics and fans in spring 2018. In it, cool and sinister electronic sound arrangements tie in with her futuristic, synth-pop influenced style. This was followed by no less than four appearances at the Reeperbahnfestival and a nomination for the popular Anchor Award. Her new album "Pallas Dreams" conjures up images of her childhood, which Aaron spent with her family in Manila. With the intention of reconciling her inner conflicts - sprung from a life of overactive imagination under the umbrella of Christian religious missionaries amidst a world that seemed enchanted in a deep, wild way. After experimenting with acoustic folk and rock on her previous releases and with jazz during her collaborations with Erik Truffaz, the passionate and idiosyncratic musician has now found her very own voice with "Pallas Dreams."
