Actor August Zirner ("Die Fälscher", "Wut") and his band Spardosen Terzett breathe new life into Mary Shelley's classic "Frankenstein" with his musically accompanied reading. While Zirner portrays the drama of creator and creature fighting bitterly for supremacy, he explores the question of whether mankind, with its unrestrained drive for research, development and self-optimization, is not ultimately harming itself.
