Over 100 market vendors transform the area of Babenhausen's town centre along Platanenallee from Rainshof, Bummelgass/Fahrtstrasse and Strasse an der Stadtmauer into a colourful spring and Easter market. A large hobby artists' and Easter exhibition takes place in the town hall. Both craftsmen, who demonstrate their skills directly at the stands, and egg painters make this exhibition a real highlight of the entire event. This magnificent exhibition is to be expanded even further in the coming years and made even more attractive. As a special highlight of the Easter market, a large Easter bonfire is planned every year, which is lit on the Schlosswiese festival grounds. Food and drinks are of course provided. The Easter market in Babenhausen always takes place on the weekend before Easter.
