A man finds a photo in his attic and we are already in the middle of the story of Angélique and her strange doll "Klotzkopf".
It is a story of fear and courage, lies and truth as well as a fair amount of magic.
In the colors and sounds of the fascinating city of New Orleans, Angélique learns what it means to be afraid and to find courage. She encounters giant spiders, hellhounds, and a real vampire. In the end, she realizes that it doesn't take magic to be truly brave and that there's nothing wrong with admitting your fears.
The audience enjoys Angélique's journey between comforting shivers and laughing away fear.
