Brian Palisander is an artist collective around the Hamburg musician Cedric Johanson. Performing in costume and with alter egos, the five play a collage of fusion jazz made modern again by artists like Snarky Puppy with a heavy shot of Zappa and Helge Schneider. What they produce in true DIY spirit in the studio and in front of the camera bizarre, they present live in the spirit of the jam band spirit with a lot of joy in playing and courage to experiment in a powerful as well as danceable show.
