There are so many Christmas markets in the region, you almost don't know where to go. A good tip is always the Erbacher Schlossweihnacht. It is not for nothing that people from near and far are drawn to the beautiful district town every year. Why? Quite simply: when the romantic ensemble of the residential castle, town hall, town church and the old half-timbered houses is presented in festive splendour, around 60 stalls shine in Christmas splendour and then there is also one of the largest Christmas trees in Germany in front of the castle, then that just makes for a very unique atmosphere.
There are also musical performances, visits from Father Christmas, Christmas tours of the town and much more. There's no question about it: if you've been here once, you'll be back again next year. If you want to get into the right Christmas mood, you should definitely pay a visit to dr Schlossweihnacht.
