After the successful solo tour in summer Chris de Burgh is back on the road with band. In the program they have something special: Live two of his top albums (one from the early, the other from the later creative phase) are played in full - "Into The Light" and "Moonfleet & Other Stories".
The performances will feature Chris de Burgh with his tried and tested accompanists, namely keyboardist Nigel Hopkins, Dave Levy (bass), ex-Robbie Williams guitarist Neil Taylor plus drummer Phil Groyssboeck. The concerts will focus on two of his 21 studio recordings since 1974: On the one hand, "Into The Light" (1986), which is not only the super-seller par excellence in his career and established him as one of the most successful singer/songwriters with the hit classic "The Lady In Red"; on the other hand, "Moonfleet & Other Stories" from 2010 - the CD that the singer/pianist/guitarist had the most fun composing and recording. Both works will be presented in their entirety on stage. To realize such an undertaking is new territory for Chris de Burgh, even after more than 3000 concerts.
