On December 9 and 10, 2017, the 31st Langgöns Christmas Market opens its doors and many wishes of the visitors will be fulfilled again. In particular, everything that delights the children's heart will be available here. For the little market visitors, the children's carousel turns its rounds again.
On both market days, Santa Claus comes to give gifts to the little market visitors. He will be waiting for the children in the St. Nicholas tent opposite the main stage on both days from 4.30 - 6.00 p.m. and will surprise them with a special gift.
But there will certainly be plenty of opportunities for adult visitors to make a purchase or two as well. Christmas decorations, gifts, decorative items and many small stalls with handicrafts and other homemade things will be available as always in large selection. This year, about 100 stalls await the visitors.
The popular Langgöns Christmas market has found such a good response among visitors, so that every year thousands of visitors find their way to Langgöns.
Once again this year, the physical well-being of the market visitors will be well taken care of. Gyros, hamburgers, fried sausages, sweet corn, and waffles are sure to please visitors just as much as the hearty home-made sausage from Langgöns production. Speciality is the popular pea soup from the goulash canon of the voluntary fire brigade Niederkleen. Who has not yet baked Christmas cookies or Christmas stollen at home, can also cover its needs here, because from the Niederkleener Backhaus are offered by the countrywomen these specialties.
