Coma Alliance is the joint project of wave/electro artists Adrian Hates (Diary of Dreams) and Torben Wendt (diorama). After their paths had crossed over decades of touring and music production, the decision was made to manifest their common musical wavelength in a project and in this way give space to something new. The stylistic anchoring of both musicians in the dark alternative scene complements Coma Alliance with elements of trip hop and minimal electro. The interplay of the distinctive voices and the different approaches to the production thereby opens up an independent sonic field of tension - groovy, dark, modern. 2016 saw the first tour under the name Coma Alliance. Conceived at the time as independent performances by Diary of Dreams and diorama with reciprocal guest appearances. In January 2019, Adrian and Torben are taking it a step further. Coma Alliance will play in 7 cities in Germany and in 2 cities in Russia - as 1 band with 1 stage show together. You can hear new interpretations of the well-known classics of both bands as well as the songs of the Coma Alliance debut album. The as yet untitled work will be released in late 2018 on CD as well as on all download and streaming platforms. More information will be available soon.
