You walk out to the south side of Frankfurt's main train station and you're right in the middle of it. The Gutleutviertel in Frankfurt am Main is a biotope of cultures. Here you can experience homeless people and super rich people without a garden, but with a boat dock quite peacefully in a very small space.
The Gutleutviertel initiative has made it its mission to make the diversity of the district digitally and at the same time tangible. Why? To strengthen the district culture and the cohesion of the district residents. Throughout the year, content and stories from the district are collected with the local people and prepared for the media.
The highlight every summer is the cultural week "Gutleut Days" with a look behind the scenes. Explore your neighbourhood! In addition to guided tours of various businesses as well as workshops, lectures and festivals, the "interactive walk" offers a new way of presenting the district. Via a smartphone you can watch short films at these points, which introduce the different places and thus show the neighborhood and its many facets.
